2018–2022 Honda Accord Oil Type & Capacity
Honda's owner's manuals for the 2018–2022 Accord call for 0W-20 in every year. Capacity with a filter change: 1.5L turbo 3.7 US qt (3.5 L); 2.0L turbo 5.0 US qt (4.8 L); 2.0L hybrid 4.0 US qt (3.8 L).
Between the smallest and largest engine in this generation there is 1.3 qt of difference, the widest spread of any Accord. The 1.5L turbo takes 3.7 US qt (3.5 L) with a filter. The 2.0L turbo takes 5.0 qt (4.8 L). The 2.0L hybrid sits between them at 4.0 qt (3.8 L).
Grade is the easy part: 0W-20 for all three engines in every year from 2018 to 2022, with no change in grade or capacity along the way. The model year hardly matters here. The engine is the whole question, and the trim name won't always answer it. Fill a 1.5L turbo to the 2.0L figure and it sits well over the full mark; fill a 2.0L turbo to the 1.5L figure and it comes up short.

Why a Sport badge doesn't settle the capacity
Honda sold the Sport with either the 1.5L turbo or the 2.0L turbo, so two Sports parked side by side can need 3.7 qt (3.5 L) and 5.0 qt (4.8 L). The badge on the trunk lid doesn't say which. The original window sticker does, and a parts lookup by VIN will return both the engine and the matching filter.
If the engine still can't be confirmed when the old oil is already out, pour 3.7 qt first, run the engine briefly, shut it off and let it settle. A 2.0L turbo will read clearly low at that point, and the rest goes in from there. Guessing high is the expensive mistake: a 2.0L fill in a 1.5L engine leaves it 1.3 qt over.
